My name is Maggie Jenson, and trust me, I didn’t always smile this brightly or energetically. For most of my life, childhood trauma paired with unsupportive, self-destructive habits led me to depths of despair and heartache.

I wanted to create a place for anyone that doesn’t resonate with the mainstream, “just think positive!” mantras plastered and regurgitated far and wide. I wanted a space where, yes, we promote positivity and optimism, but also arm you with the exact science and strategies on how to improve your life for the long-haul, not just for a few weeks here and there.
