Spring Mocktails
Sun’s coming out and the weather is getting warmer, this makes for the perfect time to get these spring mocktails ready for the holiday festivities. We have some very special mocktails, with St. Patrick's day, Easter, and Memorial day in mind.

Appletini

Appletini: 1 serving
The perfect bright green drink for St. Patrick’s day. This appletini mocktail is a refreshing twist on the traditional appletini, that will have you wanting seconds.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. of apple juice
- ½ oz. of lemon juice
- 2 ¼ oz. either stirrings green apple cocktail mix or green apple Gatorade
Instructions
Pour apple juice, lemon juice, mixer, and ice into a shaker or mixing cup. Shake up in cold and strain into a martini glass.
Prickly pear: 1 serving
This prickly pear mocktail is a drink that is not as green but still has the essence of St. Patty’s day. A crisp refreshing pear flavor with a hint of mint makes for the perfect refreshing drink.
Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup pear juice
- 2 tbsp. Lemon lime juice
- 2 tbsp. Simple syrup
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a shaker and shake for about 10-20 seconds until all ingredients are combined. Get a nice short glass and add ice. Strain the mixed drink into the glass and add some club soda and mint leaves for garnish.
Pina colada: 1 serving
If you like pina coladas, and getting lost in the rain then this mocktail is perfect for you during springtime! With a pink hue, it is the perfect easter drink, just add a pink peep for a garnish and you are set.
Ingredients:
- ½ tbsp. of grenadine
- 2 tbsp. of liquid pina colada mix
- 12 oz of lemon-lime soda (7up, sprite, or flavored sparkling water)
Instructions
Rim with syrup or lemon juice and coconut shavings. Fill the glass half full with ice, add grenadine, pina colada mix, and half of the soda then mix. Add the rest of the soda on top and garnish with a pink peep.
Sunshine spritzer: 4 servings
This sunshine spritzer is perfect for those gatherings, make a pitcher size, and allow everyone to fill up as needed.
Ingredients:
- ½ gallon orange juice
- 2 small cans of pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
- 1 small pkg sliced strawberries
- 2 cans of club soda
- Ice
Instructions
In a large pitcher, mix the orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Stir together and add in the frozen strawberries and ice. Top it off with club soda and if you want it sweeter add lemon-lime soda, and mix all ingredients together.
Blue highball: 1 serving
It’s not every day someone wants a blue drink, but with the faintest blue color, the highball is the perfect option. Not to mention the nutrients and antioxidants you will get from the coconut water.
Ingredients:
- 6 oz. coconut water
- 1 oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. agave
- 1-3 drops of blue food coloring
- Ice
Instructions
In a shaker bottle, add ice, coconut water, lime juice, agave, and food coloring. Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Watermelon margarita: 4 servings
Now this springtime mocktail list wouldn’t be complete without a margarita. This non-alcoholic version of a watermelon margarita is the perfect combination of sweet and sour.
Ingredients:
- 8 cups of watermelon (cubed)
- ½ cup lime juice
- ½ cup agave
- Ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency. Get yourself a nice margarita glass and serve.
